Welcome back to Bibliotherapy Thursday!

January is an organization-heavy month. Many of us are gathering paperwork for taxes, packing away holiday decorations, and setting goals for the year. But if you’re living with ADHD, these and many other tasks in life can feel overwhelming. It can be a long, frustrating process of trial and error to find strategies that make life work for you. The good news is, there are some great resources available these days, from websites to podcasts to books — and one of my favorites is Order from Chaos by Jaclyn Paul.

I love recommending this book because the reaction after starting it is almost always, “This book feels like it’s written about me!” By weaving together her personal experience with helpful strategies that work for her, Jaclyn Paul validates the frustration of living with ADHD while sharing tried-and-true advice that you can apply to your life.
